A friend sent me a link to Dear Photograph. It's awesome. Have you seen it?
Take a picture of a picture from the past in the present.

Action Pack :: For kids who want to do stuff
Have you seen the kids' e-mag Action Pack? It's put together by Kathreen of Whip Up fame (and editor of the Kids' Crafternoon books) and each themed issue is full of entertaining and educational things for kids to do. It's aimed at kids 7+, not parents, with projects requiring minimal supervision and encouraging exploration, creativity and independence. Part of the philosophy behind Action Pack is: that kids are competent, creative and capable people; kids are resourceful and clever; there are learning opportunities everywhere and it should be and can be fun.
The current issue titled Chalk and Cheese has just been released and amongst lots of great projects it contains a chalkboard project I created. Go on over to Action Pack to read more, purchase the e-mag and also back issues.

Make sure you visit the Fenton & Fenton website. Along with many more lush images and eclectic products the lovely website design itself is worth seeing (echoes of Anthropologie).

| My shadow box project for the paper craft book. I loved making these! |
Thanks to all 14 of you who entered... I'm very puzzled as to why numbers were so low for this giveaway (the lowest since I started my blog 3 years ago)... My visitor numbers aren't down. Maybe I have lots of international readers. Maybe I have lots of readers without children in their lives. Maybe you have giveaway fatigue? Who knows. But I know you're out there! Hang in there, I'm a bit busy at the moment. Back soon.
x
Lisa
