Illustrator and set maker Hattie Newman and graphic designer Alex Ostrowski collaborated to create this fantastic paper sculpture of the Fedrigoni Mountains in Verona Italy. The Fedrigoni Mountains project involved 12 illustrators who each depicted the birthplace of paper manufacturer Fedrigoni.
The faceted pieces in those lovely layered colours, the type and the tiny details are all so thoughtfully and beautifully done.

I really appreciate the technical and mathematical genius when I see the close ups and the image above... it makes my head spin thinking about designing and making such a detailed faceted construction.
